- How do I track my order?Sign in and open My Orders to see the status of every delivery in your order. Recipients follow their gift through the link they receive.
- When will my gift arrive?On the delivery date you chose at checkout. Gift Link™ orders are scheduled once the recipient adds their details.
- Where does Sugary deliver?It depends on the gift and the address. Set the delivery location to see gifts that can reach it, and checkout warns you before you pay.
- How much does delivery cost?Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Each store in your order may have its own charge.
- Why is my order arriving in separate deliveries?Each store prepares and delivers its own items, so an order with gifts from more than one store arrives as separate deliveries.
- What happens if the recipient isn't there?The gift may be left with someone at the address, such as family or reception. If delivery can't be completed, it may not be refundable.
- My gift is late or hasn't arrivedCheck the latest status in My Orders first. If the delivery date has passed, contact us with your order number.
