- Which payment methods can I use?Checkout lists the payment methods available for your country and currency, such as cards and digital wallets.
- Which currency will I pay in?Prices show in the currency you choose, and checkout charges you in it. Change it any time from the language and currency menu.
- How do I use a promo code?At checkout, open the promo code section, enter your code or pick one that's available, and apply it.
- My payment failed or wasn't confirmed. Was I charged?Check My Orders before paying again. If the order is there, your payment went through. If not, you can try again.
- Where can I find my invoice?Sign in, open the order in My Orders and download its invoice.
- Someone asked for payment at the doorDon't pay. Sugary orders are paid in full in advance and cash on delivery isn't available. Refuse and contact us.
