What happens if the recipient isn't there?
Updated
Give a complete address and a phone number where the recipient can be reached. We may contact the recipient to arrange delivery.
- If the recipient isn't available, the gift may be handed to someone at the address, such as a family member, reception or building security. A gift accepted by someone at the address counts as delivered.
- If three delivery attempts fail because nobody is available, there's no way in or nobody replies, the order may not be refundable.
- If a redelivery is possible and costs extra, we'll agree the charge with you before arranging it.
For flowers, cakes and other perishables, choose a day and time when the recipient will be there.
