How do I choose a delivery date?

You choose the delivery date at checkout, when you schedule your items. Where a store offers time slots, you can pick one of those too.

• Available dates and order cut-off times vary by store, so a date that works for one gift may not work for another.
• If your order has gifts from more than one store, you set a date for each store.
• Flowers, cakes and other perishable gifts are delivered on the date you choose. Pick a day when the recipient will be there.

Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather, building access and public holidays can occasionally cause delays. If we expect a significant delay, we'll contact you.
