How do bespoke orders work?

Some stores make gifts to order, like a custom cake or a one-off arrangement. Where a store offers this, you can send it a bespoke request.

1. 1Answer the store's questions about what you'd like.
2. 2Add photos or reference images if you have them.
3. 3Enter your approximate budget. Some stores set a minimum.
4. 4Submit your request.

The store reviews your request and sends back an offer with a price. If you're happy with it, add it to your basket and check out as usual. You can see your requests in My Orders, and chat with the store in the Sugary app.
