When will my gift arrive?

Physical gifts arrive on the delivery date you chose at checkout, in your time slot if you picked one.

• Gift Link™ orders are scheduled once the recipient adds their delivery details, so they can arrive later than a gift sent with an address.
• Digital gift cards and digital cards are sent straight away, or at the time you scheduled.
• Items from different stores can arrive at different times, because each store runs its own deliveries.

Delivery times are estimates. If we expect a significant delay, we'll contact you.
