Can I return a gift?

Changed your mind about a non-perishable gift? You have 7 calendar days after delivery to ask for a return and refund.

• It has to come back unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with its packaging, tags and accessories.
• Contact us before sending anything back. We'll share return instructions and confirm it's eligible once we've inspected it.
• You pay for return shipping, and the original delivery charge isn't refundable.
• Perishable gifts, like flowers and cakes, can't be returned because of a change of mind.

If the gift arrived wrong, damaged or faulty, these conditions don't apply and the return costs you nothing.
