How long do refunds take?

Once your refund is approved, and once we've inspected a returned item where that's needed, we send the money back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show it.

• We refund what you actually paid for the item, including tax and after any discount.
• Refunds always go to the person who paid, even if the recipient reported the problem.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge isn't refundable.
