How do I cancel an order?

Contact us with your order number as soon as you can. Asking to cancel isn't the same as cancelling, so please wait until we confirm.

Flowers, cakes and other perishables

If the store hasn't started preparing your order, you can ask to cancel it for a refund, through us or with the store directly. The store decides, based on how far along preparation was. Once preparation has started, a perishable gift can't be cancelled because of a change of mind.

Other gifts

If we can't cancel a non-perishable gift in time, you can usually return it within 7 calendar days of delivery.

None of this limits your rights if a gift arrives wrong, damaged or faulty.
