Can I refund or exchange a gift card?

Once a gift card purchase is complete, it's final and non-refundable, even if the card hasn't been used, unless the law says otherwise.

If the card is completely untouched, you or the recipient can ask to exchange it for a gift card from another brand on Sugary.

1. 1Contact us with the order number.
2. 2We check the card hasn't been used, not even partly.
3. 3We talk you through the brands you can choose from, the new card's value and any conditions.
4. 4Once you confirm, we issue the new card and the original one stops working.

An exchange gives you another gift card, not cash.
