Can I swap a gift I've been sent?

If the sender turned on Gift Swap™, your gift link shows other gifts in the same price range. You can keep the original or choose one you prefer.

If Gift Swap™ wasn't turned on, the gift can't be swapped through the link.

Received a gift card you won't use? If it's completely unused, you can ask us to exchange it for a card from another brand on Sugary.
