Since all our products are customized and made-to-order, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to: • Change of mind • Color/design preference after confirmation • Event cancellation or rescheduling However, if the product is damaged during delivery or does not match the confirmed order, the customer must notify us immediately at the time of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.
