Korean Kimchi

Korean kimchi made with Napa cabbage and mixed vegetables is a seasoned side dish for meals, snacks and anyone who enjoys Korean-style food. This homemade jar is made by Adhara Mercy with locally sourced vegetables and imported Korean chilli ingredients, plus fish sauce and rice flour. Choose a 350gm or 700gm size depending on how much kimchi you want to keep on hand.

Stir the entire jar with a spoon before consuming so the vegetables and seasoning are mixed through. Keep it refrigerated at all times between servings.
