Damaged, wrong or poor-quality items If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. After reviewing it, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Substitutions Some flowers are seasonal. If a specific stem or vase is unavailable, our florists may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while keeping the style and colours of your design. Substitutions of this kind are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations and changes Orders can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to [12] hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day orders can be cancelled only before preparation has started. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
