This cake has to be consumed on the same day of collection / delivery
*Please KEEP FROZEN. Kindly keep the product in freezer should you wish to consume at a later time. This is to avoid spoilage.
*THAW cake 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before consuming. NEVER thaw cake in room temperature
*All durian products are highly recommended to be consumed immediately and should not be left out in the open at room temperature as Durian is a very sensitive product.
*Creme Maison ensures that the quality of our Durian products are met with high production standards. Any mishandling of the product on consumersā end will not be entertained once proven by circumstances presented.

Delivery Policy
Delivery & Partner Services: Cakes are delivered across Singapore via reliable third-party delivery partners. Timings: Available Monday through Saturday (varying slots between 9 AM ā 7 PM) and Sunday mornings (9 AM ā 1 PM). Same-day delivery is available for select gourmet items. Inspection Requirement: Customers must inspect cakes upon receipt. Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes if no one is home. If unreachable, cakes may be left in a safe sheltered spot or brought back to the bakery; re-delivery incurs extra charges. Self-Collection: Available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM at their studio (25 Playfair Rd, Singapore). Customers must inspect cakes at pick-up, as the bakery is not responsible for transit/handling damages occurring after collection.
Return Policy
Strict No-Refund / No-Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and processed in their backend system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Order Modifications: Changes to confirmed orders can be made up to 3ā5 working days before the scheduled collection or delivery date, subject to a $10 administrative fee.
