Delivery Policy
All orders from 3oud PlantHouse are carefully prepared and delivered within 3–5 working days across Egypt. Each plant is checked for quality and securely packaged to ensure it arrives healthy and intact. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas or during high-demand periods (holidays, occasions). Note: Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on location.
Return Policy
Because our products are living plants, we handle returns with special care: Damaged or unhealthy plants: If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll offer a free replacement or full refund. Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong plant or product, let us know within 24 hours and we'll arrange a free exchange or refund. Change of mind: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once a plant has left our care. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Non-plant items (pots, accessories, gift add-ons): Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
