Delivery Policy
Free Same-Day Delivery: Available islandwide in Singapore (Monday – Saturday). Delivery Timings: Orders placed before 12:45 PM: Delivered between 10 AM – 6 PM. Orders placed before 4:30 PM: Delivered between 5 PM – 9 PM. Surcharges: Specific-time deliveries require an additional $15 fee. Deliveries to locations outside the main island (like Sentosa, Tuas, and hospitals) incur an $8 surcharge. Restricted Areas: Delivery is not available for restricted zones and offshore islands (e.g., Lim Chu Kang, Jurong Island, army camps, prisons, and shipyards). Self-Collection: Available Mon-Sat from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at their studio in the Solstice Business Centre.
Return Policy
General Rule: Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of flowers, all purchases are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of the original delivery date. Approved cancellations will receive a refund minus a 15% admin fee to cover payment gateway costs. Modifications: You can postpone your order for up to 3 months without any extra charges if you notify them 24 hours in advance. Address changes must be communicated by 8:30 AM on the scheduled delivery day. Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the flowers upon arrival, you must contact them within 24 hours of delivery with specific details and photos so they can evaluate the issue and find a fair resolution.
