Delivery Policy
Simpler pieces (e.g., standard rings) generally require 14 working days for production and 5 to 7 working days for shipping. Intricate pieces (e.g., diamond cuffs or elaborate necklaces) can require 15 to 20 working days for production and anywhere from 5 to 7working days for shipping. And some of the high-end pieces will take up to 1 month working days. And 5 to 7 working days for shipping. Once an order is processed and ready to ship, the customer receives a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
Return Policy
Timeframe: You must inform customer service of your intent exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Condition: Items must pass a strict quality assurance inspection. They must be returned with the original sales receipt, intact security tags, and show no signs of damage or alteration. Exclusions: Pieces that have been customized, engraved, resized, or hot-stamped are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Exchanges: You can exchange an item for a different size/color variant, or for a piece of equal or higher value (you pay the difference). They do not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value. Replacement items are sent via complimentary standard shipping within 5-7 business days of the exchange being processedif the piece available and if new product will be manufactured it will take the same time frame like the exchanged piece.
