Returns & Refunds Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the customised nature of our products, all confirmed orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved by Daybreak Floral. 2. Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products We take pride in the quality of our flowers and arrangements. If your order arrives damaged or with a significant quality issue, please contact us within 2–4 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable. 3. Natural Variations Fresh flowers may naturally vary in colour, size, shape, and bloom stage. Minor variations from product photos are normal and do not constitute a defect. Wrapping paper, ribbons, and certain floral elements may also be substituted with similar alternatives based on availability. 4. Customised Orders Customised bouquets, special requests, and event floral arrangements are prepared according to the customer's specifications. Changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges may not be accommodated once preparation has begun.
