Delivery Policy
Shipping Charges: A delivery fee of ₹99 is charged for orders with a value below ₹999. Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. The final transit time depends on your location, but you can check the estimated delivery date by entering your pincode on any product page. Same-Day Delivery: This is currently available only for Bangalore pincodes, provided the order is placed before 11:00 AM. Next-Day Delivery (NDD): Available for selected pincodes if the order is placed before 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier details. You can also track the status in the "My Orders" section of their website.
Return Policy
Return Window: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products. Condition of Items: To be accepted, the returned product must be in its original packaging and in the exact same unused and unwashed condition as when you received it. Exceptions (Non-Returnable): Furniture, personal care items, pop sockets, wall prints and frames, bodysuits, and outdoor reusable masks cannot be returned. Any other items marked "non-returnable" in the product description are also excluded. Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing product, you must inform their support team within 24 hours of delivery. You are required to provide an unboxing video to claim a return or replacement for these issues. How to Initiate: You can start a return from the "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of the website, or by sending a request to help@chumbak.in. Reverse Pickup: Chumbak arranges reverse pickups for selected pincodes. If your specific pincode does not support this facility, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to them. Cancellations: You can easily cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once it leaves their warehouse, it cannot be cancelled, and you will have to process it as a standard return.
