Cakes with fresh flowers as a decorative element are recommended to be consumed within the same day of collection or delivery, and should be stored in a refrigerator (4°C–6°C) or kept in an air-conditioned environment to help prolong the freshness of the flowers.

Delivery Policy
Delivery & Partner Services: Cakes are delivered across Singapore via reliable third-party delivery partners. Timings: Available Monday through Saturday (varying slots between 9 AM – 7 PM) and Sunday mornings (9 AM – 1 PM). Same-day delivery is available for select gourmet items. Inspection Requirement: Customers must inspect cakes upon receipt. Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes if no one is home. If unreachable, cakes may be left in a safe sheltered spot or brought back to the bakery; re-delivery incurs extra charges. Self-Collection: Available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM at their studio (25 Playfair Rd, Singapore). Customers must inspect cakes at pick-up, as the bakery is not responsible for transit/handling damages occurring after collection.
Return Policy
Strict No-Refund / No-Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and processed in their backend system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Order Modifications: Changes to confirmed orders can be made up to 3–5 working days before the scheduled collection or delivery date, subject to a $10 administrative fee.
