Ownership

The Sugary app and websites, and every trademark, copyright, database right and other intellectual property connected to them, belong to Sugary or our licensors. Product photos and descriptions belong to the Stores that provide them.

2

What you can’t do

Unless we’ve given you written permission, you may not:

  • copy or modify the app or websites, or any part of them
  • use, copy or modify our name, logos or other trademarks, including in domain names, social media handles or ads
  • try to extract the app’s source code or reverse engineer it
  • translate the app or create derivative versions of it
  • suggest that you’re connected to or endorsed by Sugary when you’re not
3

Third-party services

The app uses third-party services, such as app store, analytics, crash reporting and sign-in services, which have their own terms and conditions.

4

Connectivity and your device

Some features need an internet connection. If you use the app without Wi-Fi, your mobile provider’s data charges, including roaming, may apply and are your responsibility. We’re not responsible if the app can’t work fully because you’re offline or your device runs out of battery.

5

Updates

We may update the app at any time, and you may need to install updates to keep using it. We may also stop offering the app. Our Terms of Use explain what happens to your account and orders if we do.

Reporting misuse or infringement

If you see our brand used without permission, or believe something on Sugary infringes your intellectual property, tell us. Include details of the content and, for your own rights, evidence that you own them.
