交付政策
Every order is freshly hand-decanted and carefully packed within 1–2 working days. Delivery across the UAE then takes approximately 2–3 working days, so most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of ordering. You'll receive tracking once your order is on its way. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next working day.
退货政策
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, fragrances cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used — this is standard across the fragrance industry and protects every customer. We stand fully behind what we send. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty (spray mechanism), incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
