At Kemistry, we dedicate our time and expertise to providing you with a highly personalized, one-on-one experience. Because our services require advance preparation and secure an exclusive time slot for you, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:
Completed Services
Due to the personalized nature of our consultations (including Personal Colour Analysis, reports, and makeup analysis), all sales are final once a service has been completed. We do not offer refunds on completed sessions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.
Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: You are eligible for a full refund of your booking fee/deposit, or you may reschedule your session at no extra cost.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: The booking fee/deposit is non-refundable, as we are unable to fill the time slot on such short notice.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so we do not delay the next client. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and will need to be rescheduled.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
