- Next-Day Delivery (Dhaka only): Orders must be confirmed by **8:00 PM** the day before.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery may take **3-4 working days** depending on the location.
- Regular Delivery in Dhaka: Usually delivered within **1-2 working days**.
- Emergency/Urgent Delivery: Available in Dhaka only with **additional charges** and based on delivery team availability.

3. Delivery Charges
- Dhaka City: Free or minimal charges based on location and product.
- Outside Dhaka: Charges vary by district, weight, and shipping method.
- Urgent or Midnight Delivery: Extra fees apply as per service type.
