**Refund Policy**
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
1. **Before order processing begins:** The customer is entitled to a full refund, provided that order processing has not started and no supplies for the order have been purchased.
2. **After order processing begins:** If some supplies have been prepared or materials purchased for the order, the estimated cost of the items acquired or prepared will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
3. **Exceptional refunds:** A full refund may be issued—even if order processing has begun or some supplies have been purchased—subject to management review and approval.
