You can simply go to Curate Giftbox option & choose products for your gift box and customize the outlook to personalize it for the receiver. You can consult with our curating expert for better suggestions.

What types of gifts can I send on Sugary?

You can send anything and everything, from vouchers and digital gifts to physical products like desserts, flowers, or curated hampers. We have a wide range of products available, and you can also customize your gift box with personal items.

Can I provide all products and get wrap only?

We do not allow outside products as most of the products are authenticity verified by the Team Sugary and besides that, we do not have only a wrapping service introduced yet But hey, we understand the value of your gifting. In special cases, you can add any personal items which you have purchased previously.

Are there any location restrictions for the delivery?

Delivery is currently available in select areas. You will be notified at checkout if a location is outside our delivery range.

Can I send a gift exactly at midnight?

Yes, you can schedule a gift for delivery at midnight if slots are available.

Can I send a gift to multiple recipients?

Yes, you can send gifts to multiple recipients by placing separate orders for each recipient.

Slots are limited due to high demand. If you urgently need to send a gift, try scheduling it earlier or contact our live support for help.

How to book my order?

You can find the option in website front page, you can download apps from appstore for easiest process or you can knock us on any social media platform and team will guide you there.

What the order confirmation procedure?

We will send you the official memo with details or you can check on apps payment section after you discussing with curating expert. Your order will be confirmed after you pay 50% amount as advance from memo.

Do i need to pay advance for confirmation?

To confirm your order you need to make advance payment for confirming your order, coporate order confirmation wil be decided mutually

its quite impossible to work on a giftbox without any confirmation, we receive a lots of orders everyday. if we start to analyse not confirmed orders, it might effect our confirmed orders. we schedule tasks depending every details after any confirmation

Can i get COD(cash on delivery) please?

Sorry there we cannot accept cash on delivery currently. We offer bKash, Bank & online transaction for 50% Advance and final payment while receiving the gift box. we Will start working for your gift box after you make the confirmation by 50% payment.

How can i see my dues?

You can check on apps payment option or we will mail/text you with details.

Can I cancel a gift after ordering?

Cancellations are allowed only if the gift hasn't been prepared or dispatched yet. Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
