Orders must be collected on the agreed date and within the selected collection window. The collection unit operates Thursday to Saturday. All collections must take place within the stated collection window selected at checkout. Thursday & Friday: Orders not collected may, at my discretion, be held for the next working day where food safety permits. A small holding fee may apply. Saturday: Orders not collected on Saturday will be forfeited and will not be remade, refunded, or transferred, as the business is not open again until the following week. Once the collection window has passed, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. CANCELLATION A 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If an order is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, the full payment is non-refundable. CHANGES Once an order is confirmed and booked, changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible. Please double-check all details before confirming. Any changes, including date changes, must be requested at least 72 hours before the original collection date. Requests made within 72 hours may not be accepted and may be treated as a cancellation. ALLERGENS Please note: My products are not gluten-free, egg-free, or dairy-free. While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens and cannot be guaranteed allergen-free. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify me of any allergies when placing an order. **I do not cater for allergy-specific orders. All items may contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, and dairy. COLOURS & DESIGNS I will do my best to match any colour requests for icing, but exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed due to the handmade nature of the product. I use natural buttercream, which has a creamy tone rather than pure white. All colours are mixed by hand and may vary slightly from photos. LIABILITY Once your order has been collected, Devine Treats Bakery is no longer responsible for any damage, mishandling, or issues. By placing an order, you agree to all the Terms & Conditions listed above.
