Returns & Refunds
Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the product is returned safely and securely. Corvien is not liable for transit damages.
Inspection & Approval: The item must arrive in good, untampered condition. If it is damaged or tampered with, the return will be declined.
Refunds: Approved returns receive a full refund via the original payment method or an agreed-upon alternative.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Immediate Action: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Reporting: Contact them immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You may need to provide photos for verification.
Resolution: After review, Corvien will arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges
Timeframe & Condition: Available within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Exchange Value: The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If it costs more, you must pay the difference.
Approval: Items must pass an inspection upon return before the exchange is approved.
