If something arrives damaged, spoiled or wrong, tell us the same day with your order number and a photo, on WhatsApp +91 84335 19280 or at info@bybreakofdawn.com. We'll replace it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and we cover any collection.
Approved refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days.
