Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 working days of placing the order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with the original receipt included.
Process: You must email info@carolinesvedbom.me to receive a pre-authorization before sending the product back.
Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping cost to your location is deducted from the refund amount (for UAE orders, a flat AED 60 is deducted).
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
